Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent.

A counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification
Important: We will forward your counter-notification to the party who submitted the original infringement claim. If we do not receive notice within 10 business days that the original complainant is seeking a court order to prevent further infringement, we may replace or restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to:

  • Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances
  • Disable access to infringing material when properly notified
  • Take reasonable steps to promptly remove or disable access to infringing material upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice

Content Removal

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification:

  • We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • We will make a good faith attempt to contact the user who posted the content
  • We may provide the user with a copy of the infringement notice

To ensure efficient processing of your notice:

  • Submit your notice via email to dmca@pictojpg.com with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line
  • Provide all required information as specified above
  • Do not send attachments in compressed or archived formats (e.g., .zip, .rar)
  • Use plain text format for your email body (no HTML formatting)
